Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of any content from the Services is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Life Agents, LLC

Trademark Notice

"Nomi," the Nomi logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Life Agents, LLC You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names referenced in the Services are the property of their respective owners.

DMCA — Copyright Infringement Policy

Nomi respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

To submit a DMCA notice, please provide the following information in writing to our designated agent:

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material

We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Nomi makes no representation that such software is free of defect or fit for any particular purpose. The applicable license terms for any open-source components will be made available upon request.

Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

Nomi uses AI language models and related technologies to power its companion features. AI-generated responses are produced by machine learning systems and do not represent the views, statements, or advice of Life Agents, LLC or any of its employees. Users should not rely on AI-generated content for any purpose requiring professional judgment, including medical, legal, financial, or psychological decisions.

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THEM ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOMI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
